Radically Open DBT is a treatment approach rooted in neruoscience of emotional expression and social connectedness that has shown strong promise for the treatment of anorexia nervosa. Participants will learn basic familiarity of physiological underpinnings of pathology which will help providers execute treatment in a more effective and non-judgmental way.

  1. Learn differences between Traditional DBT and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT)
  2. Learn core skills, strategies and philosophy of RO-DBT
  3. Learn to apply the skills of RO-DBT to ED patient
