Charlynn Small, PhD, CEDS is a native of Washington, DC and is a licensed clinical psychologist on staff at the University of Richmond’s department of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) in Virginia, where she serves as Chair of the University’s Eating Disorders Assessment Team. Published journal articles focus on multicultural education.

Dr. Small is a certified member of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp) and is licensed as a professional counselor in Washington, DC. She is also certified as a school psychologist in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
